AKM: The Series is a 3-week strength training experience designed to help you sculpt your body, build strength, and train with intention. This is not HIIT or random circuits. It’s structured programming taught with precision, in a small-group setting for maximum impact.

Each series focuses on one powerful theme and this first one is all about Glutes, Core and Posture: the foundation of strength, shape, and confidence.
