For years, I’ve dreamed of creating a space where more of you could experience what my 1:1 clients do. The kind of coaching that lights you up, the next-level training that finally makes you feel confident in your body, and the kind of support that changes everything.

That’s what AKM: The Series is.

These 3-4 week group intensives are designed to make you fall in love with strength training. In every class, I’ll be right there coaching you in real time; teaching you how to move with intention, master proper mechanics, build strength, and sculpt a powerful, feminine body you feel proud of.

This isn’t about burning out, suffering through intense HIIT circuits, or chasing exhaustion.


It’s about training smarter- with intention, structure, and the same strategy I’ve used to coach high-level clients for almost a decade.

Every session is designed with purpose and progression, so you get results without burning out your body or your mindset.

Led by Coach AK: a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, specializing in muscle building, sustainable fat loss, and post surgery or injury rehab.

My method blends real strategy, biomechanics, and structured strength training so you don’t just work out… you learn to train like an athlete.
