These 3-4 week group intensives are designed to make you fall in love with strength training. In every class, I’ll be right there coaching you in real time: teaching you how to move with intention, master proper mechanics, build strength, and sculpt a powerful, feminine body you feel proud of.

This isn’t about burning out, suffering through intense HIIT circuits, or chasing exhaustion.


It’s about training smarter: with intention, structure, and the same strategy I’ve used to coach high-level clients for almost a decade.
