Led by Amanda Kimberly, a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, specializing in muscle building, sustainable fat loss, and post-surgery or injury rehab. She’s known for making strength training approachable, structured, and empowering so every woman can feel strong, confident, and capable.
This 3 week small group training program focuses on glutes, core, and posture - the 3 key pillars for sculpting and strengthening your body with intention.
This is not a HIIT, circuit, or cardio class.
This is structured strength training with a pro.
Every movement is broken down, explained, and demonstrated in real time to help you master proper technique, build strength, and create lasting confidence in your body.
What’s Included
3 coached sessions per week (55 minutes each) for 3 weeks
Real time cueing, exercise demonstration, and form correction
Targeted work on glutes, core, and posture
Progressive programming designed for all levels
